A WORD OR TWO FROM ME
by Richard M.J. Jarosz
---------------------------------------------------------------------
No one can make you feel any negative emotion - fear, anger, or
inferiority - without your express permission. Hell that is what Eleanor Roosevelt said!
There will always be people who find enjoyment in upsetting others. Whether or not they
are successful depends entirely upon you and how you react to their negative behaviors.
When you are forced to deal with such people, recognize from the start that they are
trying to upset you. Usually not because of something you may have done to them, but
because of some problem they have with themselves. Tell yourself, "This isn't about
me. I will not allow this person to upset me. I am in control of my emotions, my life and
my destiny!"
Go forth and do...

Kiva is an organization that makes loans to people in "underprivileged" areas
throughout the world (including the US). Applicants ask for a loan amount, then loans are
then backed by lenders like you and me, in minimum $25 increments. This helps increase
their ability to raise their standard of living. Check out www.Kiva.org
